Ensalada Eclipse is the best salad I have ever had at a restaurant! I look for a few different things in a restaurant, first off being the quality of the food. Service, atmosphere and price are also important, and the Eclipse imho is the best restaurant in the region. Great service, direct sea view on the beach, and exceptional food for reasonable prices.
