Zafferano Ristorante - Vaughan

We had a family get-together and Alesia was our server. She was so friendly, attentive and efficient. The food was one of the best meals we have had!

Lunch on Sunday around 3:30Pm for 2. Place wasn’t too busy. Server seems arrogant and no idea on suggesting menu item or to explain it clearly. Got the sword fish which was ok but the spaghetti pesto was garbage, remind you it’s not a cheap place to eat! Management should pay attention to service and engage with the customers to get feedback . Giving 2 stars because I personally used to like this place and it’s clean atmosphere

Zafferano is one the most authentic ltalian restaurants you will find in Vaughan. Their pasta is fresh made in house and every dish is delish made with good quality ingredients. It’s our go to for over 20 years. I recommend the Pappardelle Zafferano, Italian egg rolls, gnocco fritto OMG trust me on this one), pescatore risotto and so much more.

Absolutely one of the best restaurant I’ve ever been to!!! I’d give them 100 starts if I could!The service was superb, our waiter was thoughtful, caring and witty. Service staff were very attentive and on point.Food was breathtakingly good, we could not stop eating. Starting from the calamari lightly breaded sprinkled with sea salt and the arancini with the perfect meat, to cheese, to rice ratio and perfect crispy outside with the most perfectly seasoned tomato sauce doused with high quality parmigiana cheese.The mains; amazing seafood linguine with the rosè sauce was filled to the brim with seafood, the pasta was perfectly al dente and the rosè sauce just pulled the whole thing together. On the specials of the day was a lamb roast on bed of risotto infused in fings and side of perfectly seasoned asparagus.Finished it off with the one of a kind crème brûlée.We were extremely full but could not stop eating, the food was just THAT incredible.I have to say you should not miss this place even if you can only go once in your life.
