Castello Ristorante Antico - Vaughan

It was our first time in Castello Ristorante Antico. We made reservations for our parents' anniversary and the minute we went to our waiter, greeted us with a smile and sat with us flat or sparkling water. We ordered Caesar salad, cocktail shrimp and garlic bread for appetizers. The presentation and service of our waiter Yuri was amazing. For our head we had pasta and pizza, the food was delicious. My parents had a wonderful time and would like to thank the kitchen and our waiter Yuri

The service was good except the weather smells bad from the food garlic. The main dishes were not delicious We ordered a salad with salmon And we had to return the fish because it cost The dessert was not delicious we ate tiramisu and it was not fresh We will definitely not eat again in this restaurant. The prices are not expensive because the food was not really delicious and fresh.

I waited 30 minutes to sit even though I had a reservation. We told the host twice. The host was about to select favorites. In addition and hour waiting for our food we ended without food something other than salad that took 30 minutes to get out. Fearable experience will never go back. The server was also terrible. Even the drinks took 20 minutes to get out. Very upset because this was a Valentine's Day dinner. Better. I was also for the meal I didn't even eat.

Unacceptable service. Should not take 90 minutes to get food. You shouldn't book so many tables if you don't have the staff. Slow kitchen. Slow server. Slow bar. Eating is good, but will not go again.

The wait time for seating and order time was too long. The food was ok but not fantastic. The manager was very polite and professional. the environment was great was chairs not comfortable.
