KFC - Vaudreuil-Dorion

My wife and I decided to pick up a quick picnic dinner to eat by the river. The cashier was friendly, but when my wife asked the cook what was burning, she suggested that the burnt food be thrown away instead of being used for our sandwiches. The sides for both of our meals were cold; the sandwiches (classic sandwich, delicate, popcorn) were soggy and not very warm. The non-alcoholic drinks lacked flavor. The coleslaw was the only thing that met our expectations. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. My children had specifically asked to go to KFC for lunch because they had never tried it before. We ordered a takeaway 10-piece chicken combo with a side. When we opened the bag at the park to eat, we discovered that one of the sides was missing and the box of French fries was only halfway filled with a large empty space inside. Some of the chicken pieces were undercooked and not crispy. When I complained to KFC, they said the chicken shouldn't be crispy and offered to add the missing side to my next order as a favor. I was not happy with this response as I had paid for food that was not provided. I will not be returning to KFC and would have expected a refund for this unacceptable experience. I will be including photos of the undercooked chicken and half-empty box of fries with no side salad. Overall, this was a very bad and disappointing food experience.

The service at this restaurant is slow and impersonal. Despite a positive note on the counter, when we inquired about it, we were informed that they are not able to accommodate this request. Overall, the restaurant could use a major renovation.

As an American I found that the lack of cookies and others ding on our menu a little bit out of the brush. dinge I see eating people in other restaurants that simply do not appear on the menu here. also the heavy was more like cattle stock. Don't suppe. Apart from that, the taste was in comparison with its standard KFC in the states on the point. I have since and will go again.

Service is slow and no smiles forthcoming. There was a coupon on the counter and when we picked it up, we were told "oh you can't have this" Needs a big renovation!
