Bidrage med feedbackThe food and service were excellent at this restaurant. Our server, Rebecca, was extremely helpful and courteous. Despite the restaurant being busy, she took the time to chat with us and answer our questions about Sweden, as none of us were from the area. She even mentioned her passion for Swedish and European history, so feel free to ask her any specific or advanced questions - she is sure to know the answer.
Food was exquisite, location was fantastic but the experience was made special by the people, in particular Rebecka and Chris who were just the nicest people you could wish to have serving you. Brilliant place, can’t recommend highly enough…
A restaurant situated at the brink of Svartån, in the middle of Västerås with very cozy atmosphere. My wife had the prawn sandwich and I had the Swedish classic S.O.S. (Smör, Ost, Sill Butter, Cheese, Herring) with a beer and an aqvavit. The food was really tasty and the chef payed attention to small details, like the asparagus on the prawn sandwich and the sauces with the herring. The staff is super nice and really service minded. Attended us, just when we needed them! If you are in Västerås, don't miss this gem!
My medium rare Ribeye was cooked perfectly. There were a variety of drinks to choose from, and my daughter's juice came in a cute glass shaped like a parrot. The attentive waitress made the evening even more enjoyable. I am looking forward to returning in the future.
We stumbled upon Nom whilst visiting Varteras. We went with our two daughters 1 11) and although they don't have a children's menu the meals are big enough to share with a toddler. We had the burgers and the meatballs. The food was delicious and more than enough. If I didn't have the kids I would of had a cocktail (I sadly left without trying one). The service throughout our time at Nom was also excellent. A great place to enjoy a dinner.
