Tim Hortons - Varennes

I've never seen a drive-thru as slow as here. The cars did not move forward once in 20 minutes and so much so that some cars left because it was so long. There is no excuse for a drive-thru to be so slow.

Very slow in the Drove thru.Everytime I come here they always mess my order.I asked for Crispy chicken sandwich and they kept giving me Crispy wrap sandwich.Very bad service and slow.

Long service particularly during rush hour in the morning. Like everywhere else, there is a shortage of staff.

Hello, Saturday December 2 and Sunday December 3, 2023 I went to Tim at 320 Bd de la Marine, Varennes around 5:40 am. and no one to operate this business. The lights were on but no one in the business. They're supposed to have been open since 5:00 and this isn't the first time this has happened. Very disappointing when we rely on your services for lunch before work.

The drive-thru is very slow. I have no problem with employees talking to each other while they work, although I encourage it to keep a holy spirit at work, but when the customer arrives at the window to pay, it's time to stop the conversation and take 5 seconds to serve it. In my last 3 orders 2 were done incorrectly. I understand it's Tim Hortons and the bar is already low, but come on guys
