Spiseriet - Varberg

This restaurant is a hidden gem! The food is amazing and they have a unique beer selection. I only wish I wasn't the designated driver so I could indulge in the delicious dishes. The atmosphere is beautiful both inside and outside. The staff is attentive and friendly. I couldn't ask for anything more.

This was the best lunch I've ever had! Each dish comes with a backstory of its origin and is carefully prepared. The meal started with a delicious tomato soup served with freshly baked bread from the neighboring bakery. Next, we enjoyed pan-roasted chicken in a flavorful sauce, accompanied by a side of pureed carrots, Jerusalem artichokes, pickles, and fresh herbs with crushed nuts. The combination of textures and flavors was amazing and left me wanting more. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes at this restaurant.

I came here for lunch and enjoyed the fantastic atmosphere and good food. I will definitely be coming back.

Warm and service-loving staff serves amazing vegetarian dishes with their choice of protein (veggie/vegan/meat/fish). the great selection of beer (which do not miss the ones that are brewed next to the doors) and organic and natural wein makes the experience complete. that's worth it.
