Bidrage med feedbackFirst of all the ambience is not good. The taste of food is also not good even quantity is not sufficient for two people. Service as well as the behavior of the staff is very bad. You ask for something and have to wait for atleast 15-20 minutes to get a spoon. Very bad experience. Never suggest anyone to go there. One can try some other better places instead of trying and wasting time here.
Do not go here and definitely don't let them get your phone number (through student ID for discount, feedback or any payment method) or you too would recieve WhatsApp Messages and Calls unnecessarily from the staff like it happened with a female friend. And it's not just a one time thing too, you can see majority of recent reviews from girls are pointing of rude behaviour from staff.
2 years ago I had given a rating of 5 STARS. Not that it matters much but I visited today with someone. 1. After we were given a table we were told that ONLY SOUTH INDIAN ITEMS were available. This was disappointing. The restaurant should at least hang a notice outside the door that NORTH INDIAN items are not available and not inform the visitors especially AFTER making them sit. 2. AC was making a very disturbingly high pitch sound. Shouldn't they take care of that ? 3. Waiters are not professional. Good waiting doesn't mean only refilling water at every gulp. 4. Seats were dirty. Had spots on almost every seat. Seems that the quality of the restaurant has depreciated severely over past 2 years. I was a regular patron at this restaurant for delivery through Swiggy and will keep myself limited to that. Sorry to say but the physical appearance has melted down to its lowest gaudiness.
Although the food was delicious, the careless and hostile attitude of the service staff overruled anything good about the restaurant. Had come here to have a good time but the negligence of the waiters and the constant compulsion to keep calling out excuse me for them to give us any attention was frustrating and very disappointing. After all this they have charged us around 50 as service tax. The owner must take notice of this irresponsible behaviour.
Food and ambience were awesome but the most disappointing thing is staff behaviour and hospitality they need to go through proper training on how to behave and have proper etiquette. The restaurant manager and whole serving staff team need to be improved. They take less attention to guests rater busy in the corners talking among t them.
