Einstein Bros. Bagels - Vapi

Let me start by saying I extremely rarely leave reviews. Jeremy (manager) can use serious customer service coaching to handle delicate situations with his guests when they are unsatisfied with a situation (in our case a limit of 6 bagels per flavor even though there were 9 in the bin). He would only repeat that this was their policy instead of trying to understand our situation (impact the policy had on our planned event) and genuinely try to help us find a solution. His co-worker was plainly rude. Never experienced this kind of rigidness from any other locations.

MMMM!!!! Bagels! What more can I say? Staff is friendly!

2024: they have finally decided it is safe (for them) to bring back a few tables and chairs, but fewer than before, so it’s still not a place to hang out and relax. The impression is they are keeping a 12-foot social distance between the staff and the diseased rabble. Prompt service and I love the food but the local Panera and BAM don’t have the same aversion to people. Mobile ordering is great.

The works down the street is the way to go! Many more flavors of cream cheese offered variety of home made cream cheeses/ lotssss of cream cheese on the bagels there . Walk out of this place with a sliver of cream cheese barley covering the bagel. What in the world

I absolutely love this location! The service here is exceptionally great! The food is always hot or cold if needed , fresh, and made to order. The coffee and beverages are delicious! The management or owner goes above and beyond to ensure top quality and professionalism. I highly recommend this location. And they also offer delivery through Door dash.
