The Re-Up BBQ - Vancouver

The pulled pork sandwich is something I would dream about. I dream about sandwich. So sweet and porky. So in conclusion, good.

Unfortunately, I never quite made it to the Food Truck version of Re-Up. However, they now have a set up in the New Westminster Quay with an common area with tables and chairs for enjoying your fabulous order from Re-Up. My sister had the pulled pork sandwich and I ordered the brisket sandwich...both were really, really good! Even though it's an hour away by transit, I will definitely be returning soon to sample more of the delicious menu items! If you like barbecue, check Re-Up out, I definitely recommend it...they even make their own housemade sodas if you like soda!

Everything made from scratch in their kitchen at the New Westminster quay market. Great quality meat and sides that are sourced locally from top quality, natural producers. They make home made cola and sweet tea that are awesome. Beef brisket and pork are incredibly tender, the sauces are flavourful and their biscuits are the best!! It takes a little bit of time as they assemble each dish and it is totally worth the wait. There are lots of combination options to choose from, including chicken and vegetarian chilli. They also cater and have done a few events for my company, all of which went really well and we're really popular. The bacon brownies they bring for catering are a huge hit!!Definitely try the Re-Up BBQ, you will not be disappointed.

Went for lunch at the New Westminster Quay location. One order of pulled pork sandwich and one beef brisket sandwich with a side of coleslaw. Warned it would take 10 minutes to prepare and it did take the full 10. So, freshly made they were. Lots of meat, very tender and lean, tasty spicy sauce, decent bun. Good value for the money spent.
