Nuba On Davie - Vancouver

Everything was great except time limit for the next group.

Really sad to say that I had no good experience. I was in nuba a few times, twice in yaletown and once in gastown. Unfortunately, this time at the location yaletown was a total failure. we had to ask our server for water and order our meal times because we waited so long, there was no quality check on our meal, and there was a hair in my food (no apology from the server.) then we had to go after all for the cash and ask for our bills so that we could go. it felt like we did the server job instead of the other kind. Unfortunately, there are only too many good restaurants in vancouver to come back to this after this experience. I hope the restaurant sees this and needs the time to properly train their server on the steps of the service to provide quality experiences in the future.

Like other comments mentioned, we were kicked out before the designated dining time. While we saw other parties that were already dining when we arrived still enjoying their drinks. The booking email states that for table of 4, they reserve 1 hour 45 minutes for dining, but the staff gave us a warning 75min after and expected us to leave within 15 minutes. (She said the table is only for 90min) The food portions were smaller than before and took some time to get to the table, we basically had less than 30min to finish, we didn't even have time to finish all the food and drinks, let alone ordering dessert and more drinks.
