Zubu Ramen - Vancouver

This place is a significant downgrade compared to any of the major ramen restaurants downtown. There aren't a lot of seats so people frequently line up but many leave disappointed. The broth for my ramen was so salty it was disgraceful to call it ramen. It had no rich, deep taste that proper ramen broth should have and the noodles were hard and unimpressive too. There are so many better ramen restaurants in Vancouver so don't bother coming here.

Long wait to get in...I hear...but we only had a 20 min. wait. Food was authentic and delicious. Very loud...but walking distance to our Westin hotel.
