Bidrage med feedbackWent here for the first time and was blown away by the food. The $7 negroni special caught my eye (Thurs) and the menu looked good. We shared the antipasto platter and it was hands down the best antipasto I've ever had! My bf got the pork cheek pappardelle and I got the fettuccini carbonara. It was better than all the spaghetti carbonara I had in Rome. Their head chef is a star! Thanks Sarah and Colin for a great night. We were celebrating something special and you gave us a lovely and memorable evening
Great food and service. It was our first time there and we will return. Each of us had a different dish and all were very tasty. Added bonus was the Tuesday night pasta dished for $10.00.
It's actually a very cute little place here for date nights. My girlfriend and I did date night here and ordered the carbonara and ravioli. Nicely done. The personal size pizzas look amazing. Do check this place out.
I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. It actually came with enough meatballs. That was nice. They also tasted awesome and the sauce was really good too. I did not like their selection of liquor though. They only carried middle to low shelf type selections and charged top shelf prices. Couldn't get hendrix or Don Julio. The gin was pretty terrible and the tequila was greasy... But the food is good, so don't let that deter you.
I saw the sign 'Weekend Brunch ' on their sign, so I thought, 'Sure, let 's try it. ' Charming little place. I was given the brunch menu (which isn 't shown yet in the menu section in this listing. I went for the Fat Charlie 's dish which had a variety of goodies. Here we go: Italian meatballs in a really yummy white bean cassoulet was my favorite thing on the plate. The authentic Italian sausage was super dense and slightly spicy. It was good, but I couldn 't finish it because there was so much of it! A strip of bacon, like the dish really needed it with so much already there... but there it was, and at perfect crispness. Standard scrambled eggs. Hash browns were fresh and good. Sourdough toast came with a side of raspberry preserves just at the perfect consistency to my liking: more fruit that 's easy on the sugar and no gelatin. Overall, the dish was tasty with good variety, and not a greasy or salty dish like breakfast brunches tend to be in other places. I can see what people mean by the limited table service and the waiting around, but when you got their attention, they were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely like to try this place again, maybe go for one of their authentic Italian dishes to see how they taste.
