Caffe Artigiano - Vancouver

We stopped at this place near our hotl. Wonderful croissants and brewed coffee great! They warm the croissants! Yummie!!! Also gluten free products. Highly recommend. Owner waited on us and she was delightful!

I finally tasted the worst coffee in all of Vancouver. The coffee was burnt with a pungent smell. $5 down the drain.

I don't normally give bad reviews, but I ordered an iced chai latte and it was the worst thing I've ever tasted. This is the drink I normally order everywhere I go. What I received was undrinkable. I had to throw it out after two sips. Additionally, I went in to get a drink so I could use the restroom and found out it was out of service. Overall, this was a bad experience and I wasted money on the drink that I had to throw out.

I understand why the coffee shops next door are regularly packed full as the customer service at this location of Artigiano is incredibly poor hence, their emptiness. The sour puss young lady working 08/23/23 at 9:30am has such a miserable disposition. Didn't see her remotely crack a smile with anyone and her rude tone was extremely off putting. She kept holding her hands to her stomach as if she was having cramps take a Midol or call in sick rather than bring your nasty attitude to the work place. This is not our first encounter with her, its our 3rd AND last visit as a result. Plenty of other [better] options in the area.

Cute little café, the staff was really friendly. Authentic and delicious pastries, I recommend any iced coffee.
