The Stable House Bistro - Vancouver

We were very happy to eat there before our show at the Pacific Theatre. Service was good.

A real jewel for those who are nostalgic to Europe. Great service and impressive wine list and cheese and sausages selection.

They said we needed our table back (which was 2 hours later) after we didn't order food in the first 15 minutes, was unnecessary and felt rude. I wish I could love this place as I live nearby, but every time I go, I'm disappointed at the service. Such a shame.

As always, wonderful. Well-chosen and interesting wines, dishes are interesting and well prepared, the kale and squash salad was excellent. Mix and match and cheese is nice. Best choice in the neighborhood.

Brought guests this time from out of the country for a matinee play, and then followed by dinner. The entire day was a hit, especially the excellent wine and the tapas style dishes from the Stable House. The food was perfect for sharing, and for someone who has some hearing impairment, it was easy to converse throughout the evening. All in all it was another great experience,and we look forward to our next visit!
