I was really excited to eat here to support a local fave. I ordered that the seafood entree had never tried. the price was $17.99 before control and it came with 6 rings of calamari, two kokos garnel, 2 pieces brot mahi mahi with a lot rice. every single piece of seafood was so fat, so chewing and sooo fishy (not on a good wise.) I could not even eat the mahi mahi because it was as if it looked for hours before they served it. I've been through most calamari and garnel because I was so hungry that I needed only food. so disappointed! for the prices we pay out here for eating in these days the quality has gone down waaaaay. the prices rise, the quality went down? makes sense. I feel that a stomach pain is coming.

Eating is great, serving are huge. kalua is my entry. I thought it was a little expensive when I went first time because my meal cost $18, but it turned out that there were 2 meal times, and my wife was 3 meal times for her. Now we're just sharing one escape between us and it's great. So they don't let the prices fool them it's very fair for what they get at the end.

About 9 months ago I was here and met the most gorgeous lady while waiting to pickup my Grubhub order for a customer. She was also doing food delivery, about 5 foot tall. This was in mid-June 2021.We started talking inside Hula Boy and had an instant connection. That smile you gave me after removing your mask by your car while you were applying chapstick.. never happend to me before.I should have given you my It's one of those things that you'll never forgive yourself for messing up.You drive a light colored Prius. Me a blue Volt. I had a Star Trek mask on. Oh, life's decisions.If you read this, find me thru social media, Daniel WatkinsOh and the atmosphere in the restaurant is A+, i'd eat there.

This place has terrible appetizers. Everything is worse than some of the seedier bars I have been to. The only thing good in the entire order was the chicken which looked really good honestly. The burger is just 2 terrible store bought buns with mayo a piece of lettuce and 2 pieces of fairly lame breaded fish. Sweet chili sauce is store bought. Jerk sauce just tastes like vinegar. Frozen breaded fish from the store is honestly better quality. Calamari is also limp and barely cooked. Macaroni salad tastes like plain mayo. No acid, celery, anything. How this place has a 4.5 star review is beyond me. Save your money. Never going back here lol. Heres a picture of reheating their uncooked food (dont be fooled by the cooked look the picture gives it). Hawaiian style grill down the street has way better food on nearly every level. Seriously don't go here im only writing a review because of how dam dissapointing this place is.
