Century Plaza Hotel - C|PRIME

Booked this hotel in a bit of a rush to go over for a Dr.s visit. The medical room charge was over 450.00. We found out that down the road we could have stayed for 134.00 for a medical stay. The foyer is beautiful but the 12th floor was very small hallways. Not able to get into the bathroom with a wheelchair. Bathroom was tiny and shower was terrible. The beds were too high for our daughter to get in and out of so we made up a bed on the sofa. Also the mattresses were hard as a rock and not comfortable. Did not know that there was a nice area for a self serve breakfast, the other restaurant was a little high end and expensive. Menu on an app and we could not access it very well. Parking was charged but was convenient. Everyone was pleasant but it was a stressful trip and this room and finding out we over paid is sad. Would not stay here again.

Great people work here. The rooms are really worn out and really too expensive for what you get. It's more of a $150/night than 350/night. What is going on here.At least the gym is really big and we'll equipped!Hallway smells like an apartment building hallway. Food smell. Curry? Don't know why.

Was there for medical reasons, from out of town. Our flight had been delayed 7 hours. As a result, we were a 3 am check in. They super accommodating and pleasant. We loved our room cause it was on the 23rd floor and we had a great view of the fireworks.Food drinks: Menu and prices not to my liking.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are decent, but not worth the price we paid (about $270 U.S. per night. Plus, breakfast is not included. In the U.S., this quality of a hotel would be half the price and would include breakfast. Warning: Our room faced the hospital next door and we were kept awake all night by the sirens from the ambulances.

Excellent experience! The hotel is on Burrad street, the heart of Downtown and yet very quiet and cosy. We had booked a Studio room. It was very spacious, had a well equipped pantry cooking range, coffee machine, kettle, referigerator, microwave, cooking serving utensils). The thoughtfulness can be gauged as even a scotch brite and kitchen towels were kept with the cleaning liquid. Beautiful views of downtown; very friendly staff they helped us book local sightseeing tours and a tour to Victoria island, gave us discount vouchers for Fly over Canada. Will surely stay there again
