Burger King - Van Buren

Drive thru very nice girl, really good burgers.Vegetarian options: Whopper vagan burger is really good.

The service at this establishment can sometimes be perceived as time-consuming, with occasional inaccuracies in order fulfillment. The staff's level of friendliness may not always meet expected standards. However, the food quality is deemed satisfactory when orders are correctly fulfilled. It is worth noting that some customers, including myself, find the fries to be excessively salted. Moreover, there is room for improvement in maintaining the hygiene standards of the bathrooms.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I actually hate BK but my son loves it. The people here are slow and they do not know how to multi task. There is no fire behind their booty and it seems like they do not care how long it takes you to get your food in the drive through. I literally sit in the drive through 15-20 minutes every time.

This is for the Van Buren location!I wouldn't even give one start if I didn't have to. I'm really not one to complain but, I'll have to say Van Buren Burger King has got to be the absolute most worst place!! My family sat there IN LINE for 40 minutes, got home (in alma) just for our whole order to be completely messed up! From a wrong drink (supposed to be root beer, got a god awful mouthful of dirt water dr pepper), to both our burgers wrong. His was a melt, literally thrown on two buns NO MELT. Mine was supposed to be no mayo, it looks like they emptied the bottle of mayo all over it enough that the burger is completely soggy. Its ridiculous when you spend the amount we do for food only for it to all be wrong. He usually looks but having 2 children he was just ready to get home, not to mention waiting 40 minutes you'd think things would be just fine. Also we've tried about a dozen times to call, their phone won't even ring!DO BETTER!!
