Every time I visit this place, I hope things get better. They just never do. Ridiculously longs waits on the drive-thru regardless of the time of the day, no matter how few cars in the line are the norm. No explanations or excuses are offered. Even if you were the one sitting in front of the pick-up window! Customer service skills are a non-conversation. It just doesn't exist. Not from personnel, not from management. From the mysterious voice at the Drive-Thru station to the person who takes the money, to the drone who finally gives you the order, each performs their task without meaning, without the obvious recognition of the fact that they actually interact with another person. The manager floats around in a trance-like state, which is seemingly completely obligious what's going on around her. I tried to give this place the advantage of doubt as they are so close to my home. But after four years of the same kind of experience everyone I visit, I notice that either my expectations of good customer service are too high, our 6 only suck them. My guess is on door two. I usually do not write such reviews. But I worked in hospitality, so I understand. I know that they are not the best paying, very sought-after or most respected jobs on the market. But if you have decided to do it for now, do the best you can because I, your customer will wipe you out!

This bk is the slowest by far they never get your order right and if you say that everything the employees consider you like being not the problem. There is almost always an employee smoking in front of the back door or sitting to do nothing. Are you driving the extra 5 miles on 60 in Brandon so much better???????????

I've been here twice in the last two weeks. Two weeks ago I pulled into the drive thru and was told It will take 30 minutes because a woman just ordered a few whores, but go ahead and order if you want. I left. I went tonight and I sat on the intercom waiting for more than 5 minutes until someone takes my order. After all, I was able to order, so I got the bacon king's meal. When I came home and opened my burger, they were two patches, a few crumbs of bacon and no cheese. It took more than 15 minutes to pull me through, and you didn't have enough time to put cheese on my burger. This was literally the worst fast food experience I've ever had.

Kitchen worker was not wearing mask or gloves tonight and handling food. Order taker had mask on, but below his mouth. We refused the food and got a refund! Went to competitors and they were all masked up and wore eye covering shields and handed our food from a tray. Be safe people! Be careful where you eat! Also, no covid policy on BK website.
