O Resto - Valras-Plage

Really a good address away from tourist restaurants. one of the few restaurants opened on Sunday night and next to the hotel where we were. Pizzas are copyy and excellent with a very light pate. very good reception when arriving with the smile. Don't say anything, just keep it that way!

I wrote my original review of o’resto in 2019, when we first visited and really enjoyed eating and ambiente. Since then we have visited several times, including during the integration Oct-Dez 2020, when o’resto was one of only one handful of restaurants that remained open to provide a takeway pizza service. we were in valras for 6 weeks limited to only 1 hour exercise away from home. in these difficult times our Friday night pizza was a bit to be enjoyed! we take our guards to vincent and the team that has remained open during the pandemic and deserves the loyal local/regular customers that attract them. we have just returned from 2 weeks in Valras-Plage and despite the majority of restaurants not yet opened so early in the season o’resto did not let us down or disappointed. the welcome and service is friendly, the ambiente great with many locals/regulars, the pizza delicious. I also had an excellent escalope de veau as a plate du jour. I do not hesitate to recommend o’resto. it is a great location just 100m from the beach and a welcome and pleasant change from the formula restaurants in the city center.
