Bidrage med feedbackI 'm giving this review a 3 and not a 1 because I 've been to this Red Lobster multiple times and every other time it 's been okay. However, I visited this Red Lobster on Saturday December 16th and it was the worst experience and it 's mostly due to our waiter. This waiter came up to us and introduced himself by using curses. Then we weren 't given any utensils but were given dirty plates. We asked for utensils and this man took twenty minutes to give us utensils. Once it was time to order, he was rushing us. What do you want to drink, do you want starters too? You already know what you want for your entree? After all that rushing, he forgot to give us our drinks and blamed it on the bartender what 's taking them so long? Sir, its YOU. When he gave us our drinks, they were clearly waiting at the bar for a while because it had a whole bunch of melted ice. Somehow the nearby table--who came in after us--got all their food AND to-go boxes before we even got our appetizers. Finally after TWO HOURS of sitting down, we got our entrees. Once it was time for the check, he said oops I almost gave you the wrong check, your check is way higher . After I paid, he made an outdated, stupid comment about me--the woman--paying for the meal. I don 't know who you guys hired but that was the worst waiter I 've ever had to deal with. I 'm not sure if he was on drugs, has some type of issue but you guys need to retrain him and a few other workers there who think this is a club and not their jobs (talking loudly next to our table about the other patrons, cursing loudly, and leaving that Point-Of-Sale area dirty).
The atmosphere was fine, and the service was good, but the crablegs had no taste. They literally tasted like they were just boiled in hot water. The last time I was there, they tasted like they were boiled in a bucket of salt now that they had no taste. Where is the balance? Do better Red Lobsters!!
Our server Sarah was awesome. Great service!!!!! The food as always was deeeeelish!
The service here is really slow!!!! 30 minutes later no food. They appear to be short staffed. They seat everyone in this one section, and they can't accommodate them.
I haven't or didn't visit a red lobster location for quite some time ...the wait was ok...but was craving lobster...the server was ok...the time it took for the food subject to it not being peak or busy time was a bit much than anticipated...the food though was great..but now I became aware of some of their procedures...which was we wanted to add salads to our meals...keep in mind I ordered the creme de LA creme...so now I was told because they placed or my order was in the system...so now I had to pay a premium for the salad but it could have been added for $2.99...but the server never recommended it or gave a suggestion...that b3ing said..the manager was cordial and accomodating...kudos to her...overall it was chill... I guess these days you have to ask questions before the fact vs after to your server...btw..those biscuits are ammmmmazingly good...cheers..they should actually comp me for this thought and approach...
