Mr. steve mayo, I'm sorry to hear that bleu kreaux cajun does not measure up to her discriminatory grime. in contrast to their assessment we try very hard. our hop recipe is over 65 years old and the family member who blessed us with it has made and sold over a million pounds of it during his successful career in the southwestern louisiana food industry. I invite them to come (and please take me to) from bleu kreaux and pick up their refund. In addition, it is a building not a trailer, and our parasols also enjoy the brand and exterior seats in the Texas heats. david guidry, owner

First and foremost absolutely awesome owners and atmosphere. It didn’t seem like I was just picking up food-it was more like stopping by family’s house and grabbing some food that was made with heart and love! Great food, great prices and outstanding customer service!

Expected a real restaurant. Instead it’s a trailer with some places you can sit outside. In Texas summer, not pleasant. There were only four things available on the menu the evening we went, and they were out of one. What they called a cajun egg roll?! We got red beans and rice and what they called a boudin ball. The red beans and rice was too dry and not seasoned well. No salt or pepper and no kick at all. The boudin ball was just horrible!! And the remoulade sauce tasted like thousand island dressing! Unless you like in-authentic cajun food, don’t eat here.

Needed a bite for the ride home. Was referred by a local and boy was it good!
