Don’t judge a book by its cover… disregard all other food options on google! Set your GPS to this secret hole in the wall!!! It’s the BEST BBQ in this area hands down. I am extremely picky when it comes to my BBQ. If you don’t believe me read my other reviews. We had the Brisket Mac N Cheese and a 3 meat platter that included Ribs, Pulled Pork, and Brisket. Choice of two sides were the fries and street corn all of which was amazing in flavor. The service was amazing as well as very impressed to see young people be so professional. Very positive atmosphere. The restrooms were super clean and for that we were thankful. Over all our absolute favorite BBQ place to eat in this area. We have gone to a lot of bbq places, including the south. This is by FAR the BEST we have ever tasted. I had the brisket and my boyfriend had the ribs. We would take it over a steak, any day! If you haven’t been here, you need to go. Portions are large. Best kept secret in Weston, WV.

We got takeout from here during our stay in Weston and we were so pleased! The food was delicious and the portions are generous. I ordered the #5 Smashburger with a side of mac. It was frickin exquisite, I swear. My boyfriend ordered the pulled pork platter with sides of cowboy beans and Mexican street corn. He said everything was delicious. In all, we highly recommend visiting South Texas BBQ if you're in the Weston area!

We used them to cater a small event at a nearby venue. They delivered the food and delivered on taste, delivered on quantity, and delivered on price! Definitely worth it.

Let me preface by saying I have tried a lot of burgers in my day. I have travelled to South Dakota to try a spicy jalapeño bison burger and worked to perfect the at home cheese burger many times but i have NEVER had a burger as delectable as the one i had tonight. i ordered the Ultimate Endeavour burger and devour it i did. 10/10 burger. no complaints. will absolutely be having again. and who knew? only a 10 minute drive from home. amazing.
