Had thee worst experience ever at any KFCtoday at the weston wv location waited over 20 minutes for my food and when I asked for my money back the kitchen staff got smart with me I will never go to the Weston KFC ever

Had the worst experience at any KFC in my life at the Weston WV location waited a little over 20 minutes on my food then I just went in and asked for my money back and got smart remarks from the kitchen staff if they were sort staffed and behind would have appreciated being told that but they didn't and I will never stop at that location ever again

16 minute wait for Original Recipe chicken. How does this happen in a KFC?

I ordered the 8 piece original at the drive through, got home, and the chicken had grease standing on the bottom of the bucket and the chicken was burned. I took it back and the manager said it was because the grease was old and would be another couple of days till it's changed. She said all the original come out like that. I got crispy in exchange, and it was terrible because of old oil. They need to change the oil more than once a week. I won't go there again.
