Tony's Cakes - Vallejo

In our search for a bakery that could create and deliver a specific cake to a banquet hall in Vacaville, we stumbled upon Tony's Cakes. After reaching out via phone call, we received a detailed text with options and instructions for the next steps, which involved filling out a form on their website with all the necessary cake details. We placed the order online and received confirmation. The date, time, and location for delivery were set, and the three-tier cake we ordered was made perfectly. It was for a friend's wedding, and it exceeded our expectations. The guests loved the cake and gave many compliments. Special thanks to Daisy for her assistance throughout the process, as she was patient and accommodating, even with last-minute requests. Thank you, Tony and team!

Tony's Cakes is a great place to have your cakes made from. We ordered a cake for my friend's wedding a couple of weeks ago. The whole process went smoothly. The baker who assisted with the order was very knowledgable and provided great advice on what cake to choose based on weather conditions and venue (turns out that batter type, frosting type, etc matters depending on temperature conditions). We ordered vanilla with strawberries. F/up communication was efficient, and Tony himself reached out to me to inquire about my satisfaction with the order I had placed. The cake turned out to be delicious! They decorated it the exact way my friend requested it. It looked really nice! P.S. I also tried their red velvet. It's really yummy!

The restaurant is conveniently located off the freeway with easy parking. Prices are reasonable, and the desserts are exceptional. The cakes are moist, the frosting is lightly sweetened, and the custards are delicious. The desserts are beautifully decorated. The only downside is the customer service, as there is not enough help and some staff may need additional training. The online ordering option needs improvement, as I had to call twice to make sure my order was placed correctly. Despite this, the tarts are delicious and the vanilla and carrot cake cupcakes are outstanding. A friend mentioned that the cookies taste homemade, and the Rice Krispie treats and brownies are moist and tasty.

Tony’s Cakes staff did an excellent job for our son’s wedding. Not only did they deliver a delicious wedding cake but we had a dessert table filled with cupcakes, cake pops, covered strawberries, mini flan, and macaroons surrounding the wedding cake. They delivered and setup the table. They gave excellent service with an elegant dessert table.

Tony's Cakes was super accommodating. My wife was in the hospital and we needed a short notice birthday cake for our daughter. Only problem was we needed a Ghostbusters theme. Tony's was one of the only options we could find. They even by coincidence made it with her favorite color. Most importantly the cake was good. Paid extra for strawberry. They used fresh strawberries. Cake was fluffy. Not too grainy. The whipped cream frosting wasn't super sweet.
