Midori Japanese Cuisine - Vallejo

I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a child and have never had a bad experience. The service is excellent and the staff is great. Even though I no longer eat meat, they always have plenty of options for me.

I have never had a meal that was served piping hot at this restaurant. It seems like most places let the food sit for a couple of minutes before bringing it out, even for take-out orders. However, when I tried the curry chicken katsu here, I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and hot it was. The katsu had a perfect crispy exterior and tender meat inside, and the curry sauce was flavorful. It tasted like a homemade meal, especially when served on a ceramic plate. I have also tried the udon and unagi bowl, both of which were incredible. Additionally, the milkshakes here are the best I have ever had.

Vallejo's best teriyaki chicken bowl/plate can be found at this restaurant. The food has been consistently delicious for over ten years. I highly recommend it.
