Masa Ramen - Valencia

Got the spicy niku miso ramen, and it hit the spot. It?s not like other ramen, more like a stew with a lot of cabbage and ground beef, a bit like sukiyaki or something. It was a nice sized meal, hearty. The place is small with a few tables and a small bar, and I really like how packed and homey it feels. Service is really great!

Honestly, I wasn?t impressed. The tonkotsu ramen wasn?t all that it was cracked up to be. The broth was meh and the ingredients kinda sparse. The service was nice though.

Quick, delicious, and generous servings. I ordered the spicy niku miso ramen and spicy mabo tofu ramen. Both dishes were excellent and I would definitely recommend them. The staff was friendly and provided speedy service.

Prices have risen since the last time I was Here but I go here everytime I'm in town

The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious and affordable. I highly recommend it, 10 out of 10.
