Veranda Resto - Valencia

I really wanted to like this restaurant because it has fantastic visual appeal. The views from the second floor are breathtaking, with mountains on the left and Cebu island and the sea on the right. However, I learned an important lesson about patronage during my visit. If you arrive at a restaurant during lunchtime and there are no other diners in sight, it's probably best to find another place to eat. The food that was served did not match the pictures on the menu, and while the prices were low, the quality was not up to par. Even the shake I ordered was not as delicious as at other locations. The service was also lacking - we had to go downstairs to place an order and it seemed like we would have been waiting forever if we hadn't taken that initiative. Perhaps it was our mistake for not asking if there was table service upstairs, but when you walk into a nicely decorated restaurant, you expect to be served at your table. If you find yourself dining in Valencia, I suggest looking into other dining options first.

Veranda Resto is very kind of having their place for free for just taking orders (foods) and make it as our venue for our work's event. Foods are cheap and great. Don't forget to visit and enjoy one of the pride of Valencia's Fines, Negros Oriental...

Casual venue with semi-buffe style service. Decent selection quality but busy noon. Halo halo was a nice finish

Worse experience I've ever had, they gave us spoiled leche flan, the mango shake that they served was probably made few days ago they just put in the refrigarator and acted like they made it fresh, the fries were hard, the tortillas where burnt, and probably left overs from yesterdays batch. There are a ton of flies flying around the food. And when asked about the refund for the spoiled flan, the cashier even hesitated to give out the refund. 10/10 NEVER COMING BACK. AND YOU SHOULD TOO.

Their delectable foods are very affordable and cheap. It's nice to eat with friends, colleagues, family, etc. The ambience is so refreshing. I recommend this place for you. Customer service wise. Keep it up!
