Kamon - Valencia

If I could give this wonderful restaurant 10 stars, I would! This is the whole package! Absolutely delicious food. Creative sushi/maki/sashimi that is so fresh and interesting. Too many restaurants throw ingredients together with the hopes of creating something exciting. Most of the time, that just doesn't work. At Kamon, everything is thought out carefully and the end result is a perfect melange of the most wonderful flavors imaginable. The servers are there when you need them, polite and unobtrusive. This is one of those restaurants that you leave feeling like you just experienced something special. A bit pricey, but when you put the whole experience together, you know you have spent your time and money well.

The amazing japanese sushi can be eaten in this restaurant. U can not get a place without reservation but is a must in Valencia.

Unbelievable experience. The chef and waiters couldn 't have been more attentive. Considering my husband is obsessed with sushi his words say it all 'the best he has ever had '. As someone who is less sushi keen I too was impressed by the taste for the vegetarian options. Definitely worth a visit. Thanks for an amazing dinner.

Todo genial. Comida de muy buena calidad. Pedimos para cenar menu 1 degustacion, te quedas muy bien. Remarcar el trato por parte de Marc, ha sido excepcional. Cercano y atento. Apuesta segura para una velada tranquila y agradable con buena gastronomía.
