Garnacha Tinta - Valencia

We had the Anchovies as a starter, and Paella of Black rice with squid and artichokes for main. Accompanied by a Glass of wine and beer. Quick and friendly service. Paella was a good size not too filling. All very reasonably priced too. Lovely atmosphere and people watching!

Although I am allergic to seafood my wife and daughter were determined to sample local Paella. We were staying in Valencia for a few days which on holiday near Alicante and my daughter searched for “Paella “ and lunchtime availability and Garnacha came up . We just turned up without a booking and sat outside in a lovely area outside the restaurant. Service was quick and really friendly ..my daughter attempting her A level Spanish from some years ago and Priscilla was very patient and helpful. We ordered the Paella and Braised Pig Cheeks for me… Have to say the food and drink were superb. Very busy but Fernando who served the food interacted and was really warm and friendly whilst serving a large group of elderly ladies “ doing lunch “ Overall great service and great food would highly recommend

We only went for drinks so can’t tell you about the food. The beer was cold and the sangria was strong, also the staff was very service minded.

Relación calidad-precio muy buena la atención fue correcta sin nada destacar, las mesas altas son muy cómodas, volvería sin dudarlo
