Utter sh.i.te service. We’ve been nugged off. We ordered our food through Uber eats, and didn’t receive half of our order. Tried to call them but would not answer. Very disappointed. Shame

This level of disgusting takes a while to perfect! When it’s not just one thing, you know there is a problem with the standards of this franchise.

Unfortunately, the food was cold during my visit, which is not typically the case. Hopefully next time I will receive my full food order. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

I placed my order through the app, but unfortunately the food arrived cold and my drink was missing. This is not the first time I have experienced issues with my orders being late, cold, and missing items.

No point using the mcdelivery here, Had few orders missing items, some with the dips, which is not to bad but still annoying. But i have had it now as its twice with actual food item up to £8, tried contacting the restaurant, no answer. tried doing through the app, said i have to contact uber eats, even though the staff in the Restaurant is the one who failed to put it in and check the order, and even no answer from uber eats. doesnt look like you will get a refund or your food item, so litrally waste of money.
