Totem Inn - Valdez

The room was filthy. No concern for the virus. No call from the manager.

Room was not cleaned and the bed had dirty sheets, toilet, shower, sinks and appliances. We looked around at the suite and left

Very nice pool and exercise room. Friendly Front Desk staff. We had a nice time here

Stayed in the new building. Hands down, this is the nicest hotel in Valdez. Front Desk staff was GREAT. Very friendly. Breakfast had some issues...they didn’t thaw the berries before putting them out and we got there 2 hours after breakfast started! The biscuits were super doughy. For the money, I thought breakfast would be better.

For dinner we had king crab and prime rib. the crab was good, but the steak not so much, We ate at the hotel restaurant. Our waitress was awesome, but the manager not so much. — at Totem Inn
