Le Base Camp By Pashmina - Val Thorens

We spent a week with family (2 children 6 years old), in this very beautiful hotel. The location is ideal, access to the perfect trails. Very warm staff welcome, including the ski room with a very available and pleasant team. We spent a very nice week. My only regret concerns an opening night for which we had not been informed. Even in the morning, the manager tells us about a small group in the evening. In the end, DJ until 1:00 in the morning and our room was just above the bar. We came to ski with young children, I would have liked them to anticipate a room further away because the night was agitated for my children. Otherwise nothing to say, stay happy again! Very nice hotel!

A très bel hôtel au pied de Val Thorens. Le service est impeccable et l'atmosphère chaleureuse. Je le recommande pour vos prochaines cownces de ski!

The reception was exceptional to the director, reception staff and also to the restaurant! Everyone has been in small care for us, except the waitress who takes command at the restaurant the Eric workshop that is named Nina warm welcome, despite his forced smile, no discomfort for the customer's request unlike the rest of the team It's too bad! because we want to decompress the opposite. Despite! It is indeed our stay in this hotel a moment of relaxation and well being appreciated. Yet accustomed to traveling to large hotels, it makes us feel really like exceptional guests. Thank you for your welcome and availability. We're planning to come back next year.

We have dinner at l'Atelier restaurant and we were very happy with the report/quality price! The only disturbing point and that in the room there's a broom incessantly seeing cessant of the staff that gives a little bit the turkey to correct I think:

Superb Hotel, The reception was outstanding from the valet, reception staff and also at the restaurant! Everyone has been in care for us. This makes our stay in this hotel a relaxing parenthesis and to be very appreciated. In the evening at the corner of the fire, we enjoyed fabulous cocktails and how to describe the view!!! It's a unique place. Yet accustomed to traveling to large hotels all over the world. This makes us really feel like exceptional hosts while the place is even exceptional! Thank you so and sincerely
