Yoshimi Pop-up - Vail

Lack of various dressing and beverages, average raw materials, understated. there was a whole table of guests in raw, very inappropriate. the waiter and the host were very attentive.

Good food and good service. Sushi menu is a little limited, but this is not surprising given its location in vail. we would recommend eating here while we ski in vail.
