Swiss Chalet Vail

Good experience. Good service and food was generally quite good. The Escargot was a bit disappointing, but the cheese fondue met the place after a long day of skiing. Another plus was the kind friendliness of the restaurant.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving meal after long skiing experiences. Brett was our server and he was friendly and attentive. We ordered a fondue and a dark chocolate fondue as dessert, and we really enjoyed it. I recommend this restaurant.

The food at the Swiss Chalet is an annual tradition on our Vail ski tours. The warmth and authenticity of the culinary experience can make you feel at home on a cold night after skiing. We really received first-class service from our server, Sigi. She gave us top recommendations on how to speed up our meals and get any taste the Swiss Chalet offers. Needless to say, we expect our tradition to continue for years.

We had a lovely meal here. The service was kind and excellent. We tried some salads and the Alpler fondue. It was all wonderful. Delicious bread and veggies. We truly enjoyed the baby carrots in the fondue...a first. There is also an extensive wine and cocktail list. The Flora Dora cocktail was amazing! The place is expensive but it was a great meal in a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!
