I haven't eat there just wanted to share the picture from outside. Very aesthetic cafe

My friend and I stopped by to take a #sandwich(#broodje). The building is very nice inside and out. We have chosen to sit outside. We waited so long for a waiter or waitress to come and take orders for so long but nobody showed up at our table. (There is a QR code on the table that you can scan to see the menu). We called him and he came with an unresponsive face. We truly felt not welcomed. Waiters should consider the fact that customers are important. Besides enjoying a good bite, they should be welcomed! We ordered #Beef_teriyaki (Sourdough pita with fried tenderloin tips, teriyaki sauce, spring onion, bean sprouts, bell pepper, sesame seeds and red pepper). It is supposed to be a sandwich but surprisingly it is much bigger than that. It was really delicious and we enjoyed the food a lot. The prices are a bit expensive considering a not nice service. The ambiance is warm and cosy. Inside is a big bar, and I saw a table over a corner for kids to play and have fun. Forgetting about the waiters we had a nice food experience in beautiful #Utrecht.

We celebrated Xmas with a large group (over 200 people). Food and drinks were managed very efficiently by staff who also managed time for the personal touch. Well done. Well located right in the city center of Utrecht. Short walk from the Central Station.

Great atmosphere in this special place in the heart of Utrecht. We had to wait a bit before being seated, but got a nice place with a great view on the main hall. The choice of food is small but good for lunch. Something for everyone. But it took quite long before we got served. Our neighbours had to attend the waiter... BUT it was a very busy day during Christmas season, so we understood. When they brought our drinks, they forgot about the tea bags. I had to get them myself and offered the also to out neighbours. It created a nice relaxed atmosphere. After we had our drinks the food was served quickly. Also next orders went swiftly. So end good all good as they say here. The prices are OK for the location and the staf is doing their best. Recommend this place? Definitely!

The building looked nice, but that was honestly all that was good about it. No attention from servers, we asked to eat lunch and the waiter said he'd come back but he did not return. We got our coffee which didn't taste great and our spoons were dirty. Mine had a piece of what seemed to be spinach or something similar to that stuck to it. Completely took away my appetite. We decided to leave without ordering lunch. As we stood next to the server he looked at us and then continued with cleaning up, as though he found that more important. I would never return to this place. It is definitely not worth it.
