Was not impressed ordered a phillysteak from her new series of sandwiches, which should be super hearty by my understanding. as if there were hardly steak pro bite. it was almost closing time when I went so to be fair, I understand that the worker was ready to go home, but the customer service was definitiw sub par. the restaurant was clean.
Terrible experience. I went in and ordered two salates for a coworker and one for me. I paid for each item separately. I had two bags because the hired had placed the salate in single bags. a hired person who was not involved in ringing the order, said they pay for the other salat. you have two pockets. I was rather withdrawn from the situation and it implied that I didn't want to pay for an salat. really terrible customer service. please don't go to the subway. Of course I also ordered a oatmeal cookie. When I came back to my office, the cookie wasn't even in the bag.
Went in to order, waited 8 minutes no one came up front to help me, then i left. i opened the door a few times so maybe they would hear it but nothing
Walked in and got to spend 10 minutes watching the employee sweep and mop and start their dish water before they decided to acknowledge me. And by acknowledge I mean give me a dirty look while she started making my online order. Had I not already paid for the sandwich I would have walked out, don’t waste your time here
