Kfc - Urbana

Went through the drive-thry at 5:10pm om Saturday, November 12th. Ordered an 8 piece bucket. Was told that they did not have any chicken prepared. There were no customers inside I asked if they could prepare some for me. Was told NO. When I asked whynot, the kid said because we have been slow all day. I went around to past the pickup window. There were two employees justleaning against counters with their arms folded and talking. It was obvious they wanted to get paid for doing nothing andturning away customers in order to do so. Will never go back! Recommend no one else goes there either! Horrible!!!

I will NEVER eat there again the workers r sooooooo RUDE....I just had surgery so my mom and my son went through the drive through and The lady I heard yelling at my mom was Ridiculous the day B4 yelled at my hubby and pretty much threw the order athim ...Never again u definitely lost my business

Stopped in for lunch. The dining area and bathrooms were clean. The service was friendly. Two thumbs up.

Was there with a friend. We stood there for 10-15 minutes before anyone asked if we've ordered yet. Wanted to order extra crispy chicken. Only to be told that they were out. After order was placed. They tell us 5 minutes later that they don't have biscuitsand that it would be a 9 minute wait. So 20 minutes later, no biscuits or explanation. We ended up canceling our order. Nobodyseemed to know what they were doing at this location. My friend eats at this location regularly and he said he's never seen itthis bad there before.

This one sends the message the colonel gets his chickens from Ethiopia and cuts them up in a wood chipper then deep fries them in a vat of lard.
