Monsarrat Shave Ice Natural Organic Fruit

We wanted shaved ice after a hike from Diamond Head. Stopped by this place. It's small and not a place to sit and chill. Your order your shave ice and leave. But the shave ice is one of the best! I had the mango/strawberry with no sweetener. Fruits have no additives. It was delicious and refreshing!

The best shaved ice in Oahu! Really good natural purées and nice service. Good price too! Delicious!!! We got strawberry yuzu and mango/pineapple.

This is a tiny hole in the wall. I love how she doesn't use syrup to sweeten the ice. She uses fresh fruits puree. She takes her time and the amount is enough to share. She's the sweetest as well. It's only a takeout spot. She has a few chairs but people walk through to get to her to order.

Truly an amazing little hole-in-the-wall. Just a crack in between a fence and another store. But some of the best shave ice on the island. Made with real flavors not just syrup. They have great portions at a fantastic price. You've got to try the coconut with green tea and sweetened condensed milk.

Small shave ice shop attached to Pioneers making something different! Same charming lady that's always there, goes the extra mile, layers syrup and shapes it very meticulous. The shave ice is smooth enough but the highlights truly are the syrups that appear homemade (thicker and fragrant) and don't appear to be the same factory syrup that everyone else has, and toppings are unique (kiromitsu syrup and kinako as examples). If you only have 1 chance to have classic shave ice, this might not be the stop, but if you're looking for high quality and different, definitely gotta stop here.
