Hungry Jacks Hervey Bay - Urangan

On December 8th, 2021, two customers were taken to Hungry Jacks in Hervey Bay by their personal carers. Both customers ordered BBQ Wraps and ended up getting sick, requiring hospitalization. It seems like the kitchen may be dirty and not following health standards. The manager blamed the incident on the Maryborough location. It's best to avoid eating here and be cautious of anything you buy from this store. Eat at your own risk.

Served to hungry jackets Thursday night 29/10/20. Calls on to confirm the closing time for stores purchases 10pm. They are closed shortly before 9:30. We weren't the only customers out there.

Being late could not be cooked, we decided to get a Hungry Jacks take. The staff could not crack a smile when the bad finds another job because you are the face of the shop. My wife ordered a grilled chicken salad....Her judgment, obviously not made today when it was a soggy mess with cold chicken. I have a double chopper. We added small pommes and two desserts. We're 5 minutes away. The frits were warm. The Whopper was cold and I mean cold, no touch of warmth, totally against HACCUP Food Standards. In the microwave to hopefully kill all possible bacteria, it was a limp soggy mess. Desserts were okay. Shall we go back? Hell would have to freeze before that happens...

Chips were “excellent”, but that’s where it stops. No customer service, our order lost and on arrival home and opened the chicken burger, it was a chicken stable. No presentation ingredients just thrown together, could not find the bacon. 3 visits all the same never again.... Be warned!!

Waited 10 min and did not get acknowledged and it was not because they were busy. Just slow with no time management we left without ordering
