Egon Uppsala

After a long day of exploring Uppsala, my discovery led me to this charming restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the food was simply excellent. I ordered the pizza Carbonara and was pleasantly surprised by how the topping remained on the pizza and tasted like Carbonara sauce. It was much better than the typical thin pasta sauce on pizza! My wife ordered the seafood soup, which was equally delicious. I haven't had many fish soups as tasty as this one. Hats off to the chef!
