This was not anything different. 1st: I added the 20% coupon on the total and it didn't take anything off. 2nd: it said it was ready and it wasn't. 3rd: I notated that I wanted all subs toasted including the wrap. The wrap was not toasted and it was my kids. 4th: I had no tomatoes or olives on my sub even though that is how I ordered it There should also be an option to withhold the tip if things are bad. Gave them a decent tip and the screwed it up.
EXTREMELY rude manager. Cussed at me bc I asked for Provolone cheese and they were out.
Was out of wraps and breads. We left. Poor customer service.
Came here for lunch after online ordering failed. I realize that is not the employee 's faults but after I said 'I tried ordering online a few times and it wasn 't working just thought y 'all should know ' the lady, Alicia ? , was EXTREMELY rude. She started fussing about how it 's not down and they have been pushing orders out and there 's nothing she can do. I let that slide cause I get it, she seemed stressed but I was not referencing it was anyone 's fault. What I didn 't let slide is how she was throwing all the customers food around acting like a child quite frankly. She was very rude when I was talking to the other employee putting toppings on and was pretty much screaming. I asked for extra cheese on my sub and Alicia was not happy. She started getting loud with me about how my sub already had extra cheese and I should of asked for that before it was toasted but I told her I liked the cheese cold. It was a very uncomfortable experience. The Subway in the Pilot gas station has never been like this and neither has this location until today.
Worst service I have ever received at any restaurant. I get it. It's not fine dining, but why act so irritated when customers come unto your store during normal hours?I went in at about 20 minutes until 3 p.m. on Monday so I could get some drinks and a snack for my children so we could watch the eclipse. I was greeted by a very annoyed, very pushy worker who was outside in the parking lot.She barked at me that she was closing the store soon for an hour to watch the eclipse, too. So, I went in and was talking with another woman behind the counter while the parking lot woman came in to yell at me that I was not to bother the other woman.... Okay. Finally, acting very frustrated, she took my drink and my couple cookies and churro order acting like she couldn't get rid of me fast enough. Then she yelled from the counter that I couldn't park in her parking lot. That I had just the time I needed to eat the junk food and then leave.I am so sorry to have so badly annoyed this worker who was under such stress for standing in an empty store in the middle of the afternoon. It was my fault for coming in when I saw the store was open. Not to worry, I will never bother this restaurant again and see that anyone and everyone I see will avoid, at all cost, this store as well. We just can't expect the employees to do their job under stuch ridiculous conditions as being open in an empty store on a beautiful Monday afternoon.This particular employee gives customer service a black eye. What a pathetic waste of money.
