Dunkin' - Upper Lake

I did not particularly like my breakfast sandwitch, however it's a step above most fast food, and I got great service.

Great variety of daily fresh donuts..the size has gotten smaller on some varieties. Apple fritters are usually much bigger than a regular donut but here they are the size of a regular donut..but the price is much more. Several breakfast options..coffee is good hot..ice cream..ice cream cakes..milkshakes..drive thru window that moves quickly..staff is usually friendly..after around noon they are mostly out of donuts.Kid-friendliness: Kids love to go there get ice cream donuts.. Family oriented..Parking: Lots of room to park..from a small car to a motorhome pulling a trailer full of dirtbikes..you can park easily..DD is next to Chevron so u can get gas wash your vehicle easily. Easy access back onto Hwy 20.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchairs.

Overall a pretty good Dunkin donuts. They always have younger kids working, especially in the drive thru. Fast service, just check your order to make sure you've gotten everything.

They need to pay attention to what people order. We ordered a caramel chocolate cold drink and it didn 't have any caramel in it. The sad part is, that after handing the drink through the window, another server asked what we ordered, and when we repeated our order, the original server said, Oh, it was caramel chocolate? Then they hand us the breakfast sandwich and close the window! So, we wait a minute thinking we 're getting the right drink. He opens the window and asks what we need and we tell him about the drink and he says, Oh, there 's caramel in the one I gave you. I had to get kids to school on time, so I just said whatever and left. It did not have any caramel in it! We 'll just stick with Jitterbean from now on!

The ? was just ok. My coffee was hot and delicious. The Donut tasted like it had been sitting a while. The service was friendly. The place was clean and welcoming.Kid-friendliness: Kids were walking out with smiles on their faces.Parking: Pull through parking. About 20 spaces
