Whole Foods Market - Upland

My review is more based off the transaction experience. Don't get me wrong the store itself is nice, the people there are nice, location is easy. In the last 3 months I have noticed when paying for my items, that my credit card keeps getting flagged for fraud here. thankfully my bank is quick about asking me so i don't get locked out, yet. My friend has the same thing happening too, her bank actually froze her account for a few days. We use different banks, so makes me thing something shady may be happening here at whole foods that is not known to the public. But to avoid getting my account locked like my friends did, I may have to do my shopping at sprouts or trader joes. This is crazy how frequently this is happening.

Their hot food is back and the tiramisu is... creamier than other tiramisu. Whole Foods tiramisu is a whole different tiramisu.

They had a lot of specialty vegetables that I don't usually see at other grocery stores (like different kinds of mushrooms). They also had a lot of cool vegan options!! It was clean and the associates were very helpful!!

3 stars for poor service, less than delicious hot bar and no pizza Came with my 4 yr old son to have a variety of foods from the hot and cold bar. I have taken food to go from the hot bar maybe 4 times on my way home from work, no issues. Im giving 3 for the benefit of the doubt bc we got here at 230 and a worker was switching out food. When i mean switching outnto was consolidating food down and not bring more out for an hour. Uggg...so son says pizza is ok. So we drive around to that side just in time for a bigger kid to run in front of us and take it. Asked the lady when more would be out and she said 20-25 mins. So i took the only thing out, salad and indian food and some cold salads which didnt taste good and after 20 mins..the guy at the pizza kitchen pulls out 2 pizzas and boxes then up to give to customer and tells me it will be 20 mins. Im like we were just told to wait 20mins and he shrugs. Ate what we had the went back in and luckily there was pizza. It was good, but not worth coming over here. Everything is super expensive. Yes of course tgats everywhere, but this is crazy. 3 oldish looking pieces

I came to do an Amazon return and have never been to a Whole Foods Market. Wow! What an amazing, well stocked and clean store. The staff here were super friendly. The food selection is awesome, there was even a build your own salad station. Love it! I got some fresh flowers and sushi. This store is just a bit out of my way but believe me, I will definitely make the trip again to shop this store. A Whole Foods Market shopper now!
