Burger King - Upland

Clean restaurant,fast service.my burger was put together nicely , not like mc donalds BigMac thrown in the box all apart.will come back here again.employees very nice

Not sure what's going on with the stale/dry/ over toasted buns, but it was not the first time it happened when I ordered a Whopper. The first time it happened the bun was so stale and fell apart, I just let it go, but it happened again, over toasted,when I took the burger apart you can tell it was over toasted because they were black. Probably not going to be back ...Especially since I asked about a special that they said they didn't have that I literally saw the commercial for the day of.Also the chicken fries weren't fresh. Oh well.

Eating is okay, but the service is terrible. they really don't care and are often really rude. the bk in rancho is better.

I spent 20$ on a meal they only gave me one bbq sauce when I went to ask for another they wanted to charge me both large lady’s very aggressive and flipped me off Refused to give me number to HR Burger King do better !!

I understand stand short staffing but the way the management was rude didn't listen to my order and the drive Tru was long some came in with there order not what they oder..maybe a off day but won't go back
