Bidrage med feedbackThis place clearly has every employee who does five jobs while he is underpaid irregularly and shows it. It's a miracle they don't all go out at once. The service is terrible, but I really can't blame the workers, the problems obviously come from above.
A pretty mixed experience tonight. My husband has COVID and asked me at 11:30 if I could get him a nasal spray to help him sleep. Safeway is open until midnight, so I went over. A woman was so nice and tried really hard to help me find the spray, but it wasn't her department and we didn't see it. I started to go and saw some on an end cap, great! Taking it, went down the gear, took body wash in this gear on my way to check, was in the process of obtaining blueberries also only on the way to check, no surfing when someone I suspect was the manager called me that the store was closed. It was 11:55? But I wanted to... She screamed that I'd better check out or not check out. Let us be clear: It wasn't midnight yet, nor was I loitering over. She was so hostile and took me from the guard. I paid and then told her that it's not like I wanted to be in the grocery store in the middle of the night, but my husband has COVID and needed medicine. Your answer: This has nothing to do with my business hours. What a compassion. We exchanged a few words and she called me a b I won't buy back here. Note: When I got into the car, the time was exactly midnight, so I didn't affect the closing time of her shop. I've worked a lot of retail and I'd never treat anyone like that.
Safeway wants to hear from me. but no phone number or hyperlink to help me... Really? The empty gesture of us takes care of an active concern... another reason to buy elsewhere... Responsible for Safeway/Albertsons
Worst Safeway I've been there before. Rude Cashiers and always a drama with funny walks and pull their pants down. I'll never go to this store and live a block away.
Stores closes at 12, but some rude lady had the doors locked way before then. Knowing that the store was closing soon I was trying to hurry inside, when I got to the doors they began to open normally until she rudely ran up and closed the doors while yelling that , I wasn 't gonna run up in her store and acted like I was in the wrong in some way? She was rude and unprofessional and shouldn 't treat customers in that manner when the store hours says they are open until 12. If it was passed that time then I completely understand but it wasn 't and I didn 't do anything wrong.She should try going the extra mile when it comes to customer service. I like this specific store because of the quality food and products but after this experience, you 'll be losing a good customer. I 'm not the only customer this lady wouldn 't let in, there were several before me and more after me. When I said that the store was still open, she continued to scream at me stating that she closed the doors at 1155, but she had them closed way before then. Any time a customer walked up to the doors and they opened she ran up and proceeded to close the doors on customers with a nasty attitude. She could 've been way different in the way she conducted Herself to customers
