Panda Express - Universal City

Refused to serve water and when I asked for chiopsticks, it was canceled as if I were anger for even asking.

This place is a shame to Panda express. I understand that we are in the universal studio and do not think of paying $16 for a single entree, but atleast dont serve cold food and then, when exchanged for some warm food, they served us burned roasted rice. The kitchen has to bring her stuff together. If your tearing people of atleast have the food halfway decent.

Ordered a $19.50 order and wanted to go a water cup with my food. Water cup was a fee of $1.08 and could not get small water cups. will not come back

Went to universal this past weekend had to stop at a Panda Express, let me just say that this was the best panda I?ve ever ate. Was so clean and food was yummy. Looked like they just opened. The plate looked just like the pictures which hardly happens! The crew members an older lady and young kid were so quick! Serving amount on point. Will be back to this location .

We visited this place during our second Universal Studios Hollywood trip. They have plenty of options like Kung Pao Chicken, Broccoli Beef, Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, Sichuan Hot Chicken, and many more. The food was average and there?s nothing to say about the price of the food at the theme parks like Universal Studios Hollywood (it?s always a bit high). The inside of this place was clean enough. The customer service was appreciable.
