Taco Bell - United States

Nice and warm when I received it. Both my other half and I were amazed that the Crunchwrap was piping hot like it came off the grill. The meal for two was something perfect for both of us at 1:45 in the morning after playing with the kids, working on the cars and running errands.

Chulapas had hardly any chicken , seemed more like a veggie chalupa .I paid extra for chipotle sauce and it was not added. The restaurant senT no sauce even though I specifically added it was an item on my order. The food arrived somewhat hard and cold. The taco was broken and was not full of anything. It literally looked like they were about to close and they just piled left over stuff in my food. The Crunchwrap Supreme was the only thing that was good ! And so was one doritos locos taco . Other than that do not waste time or money adding condiments or anything else . And avoid ordering at night .

Food was cold drink was completely watered down and no flavor

I had ordered the chicken chalupas and they seemed like veggie chalupas . Hardly any chicken at all. I paid extra for chipotle sauce on them, and nothing was added. The crunchy taco was broken and had hardly anythig at all in it. The chalupas were cold, slightly hard and just overall not good. We reeuested sauce packets in our order and they sent none. My order literally looked like they were about to close and they just filled tacos with whatever was left. The only thing that was good was the crunchwrap and one doritos locos taco. Other than that do not bother ordering late or pay extra for condiments or add sauces do not waste your time or money ordering late.

This Taco Bell has great employees that are motivated energetic and customer service seems to be at the top of their concern although I didn't go inside the restaurant it appears very clean and well taken care of and going through the drive-thru is simple and most importantly it was fast.
