Taste Of Berlin German Cuisine

Sadly, won 't go back. Unfortunately, we were given a gift certificate this past Christmas for a nice date night out. The gift card was put in an envelope so we didn 't even think about looking at the specifics. After a decent meal (Not many other German options available around here), we took the certificate out to pay. It expired THREE months after it was issued (paid for in cash March 2024). The owner with red/fiery hair was extremely rude and abrasive to us. She loudly said NO, I will not accept this . The meal was decent. A tad bit overpriced but when you only have 3 seated tables at 7:00 PM on a Friday, you have to make up for it somewhere. We could tell the server was incredibly embarrassed by the owner 's behavior. Not only that we won 't be back, I would never recommended a place with a stingy owner with a horrible attitude. There is enough family owned businesses in the area to support. Sadly, great concept with a great location. Unfortunately, ownership is running this place to the ground. The server was great, but the owner couldn 't care less and was money hungry. Based on other reviews (which I looked at before posting this) the owner will have some sort of smart remark back. It will just reconfirm what this review is all about. Take your money elsewhere. There 's other hard working business owners who appreciate local support.

Amazing food and great service! An awesome German restaurant in area. The Frankfurt schnitzel was so good!!

Our favorite place for special celebrations. The food is delicious. We come all the way from Lakeland.

Great German restaurant! I haven’t been to many authentic German restaurants but this one is. The food was fantastic and our waitress was very nice. The owner came over to make sure everything was good. First time having spaetzle and I loved it. I also loved the dumplings and thought the mushroom gravy was delicious. The star of the experience was definitely the Apple Strudel, that was amazing.

Awesome food and friendly service! Hands down the best Schnitzel I've had outside of Germany. Definitely recommend checking it out, A+.
