American Deli - Union Springs

Super disappointed in this location. I like American deli as a whole, however I called and placed an order at this location and told the gentleman I would be there in 20 minutes. I showed up 22 minutes later and he immediately went back and told his cook to start cooking my meal because he'd either forgotten or whatever. So I'm standing there watching my food being cooked. The guy rushed as fast as he could and when I got the food back to my car I realized the shrimp was still cold inside. I nearly got sick and will never go back to this location. Very disappointed at their lack of organization.

The hot wings and French fries are very good, service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere could be better, but not complaining for a quick meal.
